Engineered for reliability. Tested at scale.
Before launch, Mira completed more than 200,000 dispensing episodes in testing, built to match the 99.7% reliability of our existing fleet. And when a device does need attention, our 24/7 remote correction service fixes most issues without a care visit. We’ve done it more than a million times
A platform, not just a dispenser
Mira runs on an entirely new, modern architecture, designed from the start as a platform for home care. An 8-inch touchscreen, built-in camera, 4G connectivity and self-contained software give it room to take on new features over time, so the device you install today keeps getting more capable.
- New hardware and software architecture, built from the ground up
- Designed to quickly and easily be updated with exciting new features and functionality

Designed with end users
Mira brings together 18 years of dispensing experience, more than 140 million dispensing episodes and three years of design, testing and feedback. The goal was to build the best dispenser the world has ever seen.
We tested and co-developed it with clients, relatives and care teams in Finland, Sweden and Norway, in their homes and in workshops. Whenever something wasn't right, we went back and improved it. We don't rush, because reliability can't be rushed.

Less time managing medication. More time for care.
Mira gives time back at every visit.
Load the roll from the front in under 60 seconds. The camera checks it’s loaded correctly before you close the door, and one roll holds up to 28 days.
Mira simplifies everyday workflows, all seamlessly managed through the intuitive EvondosCare platform.
More independence. More time for what matters.
Mira makes medication management effortless, helping people live more independently and spend more time doing the things they love.
With its intuitive design, simple one-button operation and clear light, sound and spoken reminders, Mira makes taking medication easy, helping clients maintain their independence and confidence. Missed doses are kept safely separate, with caregiver-only access to the medication chamber, providing peace of mind for clients and their families.

"By broadly implementing welfare technology, and thinking 'digital first', municipalities can both save employees' time, and - perhaps more importantly - enable the elderly to live independently for longer."

Welfare technology in municipalities
The Swedish Council of Local Authorities and Regions has developed support to facilitate the work of municipalities in determining the benefits and costs of specific welfare technologies. Please use SKR's benefit calculation to calculate the benefit your municipality would receive from starting to use medication dispensers in elderly care.
